What you can review, how a purchase is handled, and what happens after it.
Check the product before deciding
Each tool page lists what the product does, which platform it has been confirmed against, and the limitations the seller is aware of. Nothing is described in terms you cannot verify on the page.
Confirm compatibility
Compatibility is recorded per product, not per category. If your platform or environment is not listed on a product page, that product has not been verified for it.
Understand the licence
Licence name, duration, permitted activations and update entitlement are stated on the product page. Terms are published only after the seller approves them.
Updates after purchase
Where a product includes updates, the update policy is written on its page. Update handling is described there rather than promised generally here.
Support if something is unclear
Pre-sale questions, installation problems and compatibility checks are all handled through the support centre.
Payment and delivery status
Checkout is currently switched off while payment processing and digital delivery are integrated and tested. Products can still be reviewed in full, and no payment can be taken. When checkout is enabled, this page will state the provider, the currency and the delivery method before any purchase is possible.
Refund, withdrawal and licence terms are published under legal once the seller approves the final wording. Until then, no sale is possible.
